NACC, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Data Test Engineer will supervise & support test and evaluation procedures at various airports, train stations, bus stations and other transportation facilities. The candidate will have to perform data collection tasks which may include but are not limited to manual data collection. Test planning functions such as development of data collection forms and test plans may also be required.

2. Paid Internship / Co-Op – Proposal Writer Apply for this Job
NACC, Inc. is seeking a enthusiastic proposal writer who is able to take the leadership role in researching, coordinating, preparing and submitting proposals and Request for Proposals (RFP) responses to potential government and commercial customers. Proposal Writer should be able to understand/study a (RFP) and present and package company’s ability to deliver needed services into a written bid or proposal in response to the RFP. Proposal writer should be effective and have knowledge to manage their time and company resources so they can deliver a proposal that adheres firmly to an RFP.
This is a paid internship and on the basis of performance interns would be eligible to be considered for Co-op (9 months).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Research, develop and submit proposals in response to RFPs.
- Work with Department Managers to gather information and develop marketing presentations.
- Establish good working relationships with managers at various departments.
- Correspond with contract officers and contract managers on Q&A regarding RFPs
- Understand government contracts, agreements and provisions, administration policy, staffing policy, funding structure and procedures, compliance
- Manage production and the distribution of all work documents, ensuring proposal formatting
Deliverables
- Submission of at least two completed proposal as selected by Proposal Manager
- Proposal Library with templates for shared proposal response resources
Position Requirements
- Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Journalism or a similar discipline.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
- Organizational skills and ability to maintain working files and revisions of documents
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Additional requirements include having two writing/journalism courses or one year of writing and editing experience with some experience/class work having taken place in a government setting

3. Senior BHS Mechanic Apply for this Job
NACC, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanic who will be responsible for daily maintenance and operations of the test baggage handling system at client facility. Senior Mechanic shall carry out preventative and corrective maintenance at the electrical, mechanical and controls level. Maintenance shall be performed during the dwell hours in between usage of the system and non operational hours. Senior Mechanic shall also respond to emergency situations and be responsible to manage spare parts inventory, support procurement of equipment and parts and assist program manager on an as needed basis.

Requirements
- Candidate must have 3 to 5 years of Automated Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) and Conveyor technology experience

- Preferred Control Net and Device Net Technology experience
- Organizational skills and ability to write reports and interface with customer

4. Site Lead Apply for this Job
NACC, Inc. is seeking an Airport Site Lead who will be responsible for complete construction oversight for installation of new security equipment at government facilities. Site leads would be responsible for identyfying design requirements, gather data, prepare reports and manage multiple contractors. Site lead will also coordinate all shipping and rigging activities for equipments at TSA sites. Site lead will support NACC customers to manage the applicable sites through effective Design Validation process, Permitting process, Site Preparation and Punch list completion
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perofrm all Site Planning tasks, Design and Design review activities
- Prepare Site Implementation Plan (SIP)
- Coordinate all program management activities with all stakeholders
- Develop and maintain professional relations with customer including airports and TSA
- Support Installation activities to include Closeout and Site restoration
- Provide As-Builts
- Submit Final Walkthrough and Punch lists (Review technical publication packages in sufficient detail to verify that all technical requirements for systems, components, devices, products, processes, and materials are included)
- Prepare daily reports and project related submittals
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Construction Manager in constructing on-time, on-budget projects, taking into consideration complexities and schedule history for comparable projects
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a single project
- Experience in planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for construction projects
- Management experience on work performed by field staff and sub-contracting firms
- Experience in resolving compliance issues with federal, state and local authorities on design specifications
- Thorough understanding of airport construction practices, processes, standards and their impact on project activities would be helpful
- Perform all preventive and corrective maintenance for BHS
Deliverables
- Perform information searches, data gathering, correlation, and interpretation of the technical data required to support the preparation, revision, or verification of technical documentation including reports, specifications, recommendation data sheets, and engineering change proposals
- Provide publications or presentations related to technical programs. Typical products may include procedures, manuals, technical reports, technical presentations and publications, instructions, training materials, and guidelines
- Participate in equipment and installation design reviews related to operational integration, technical discussions, and engineering and briefing meetings related to the program activities
- Provide coordination and develop briefings and status reports including the preparation of briefing material, visibility charts, and other program planning materials as required by the government
